Wherever Otani is, Seiko will be there too. When Otani
is playing basket, Seiko cheers for him, which makes Otani hurt by the coming
basket. Seiko takes Otani to the health clinic in Lovely Complex Anime. One of
the players says that Seiko is not a girl but a boy, by which every one is
amazed there. Risa runs to the health clinic to tell Otani the truth. However,
when she reaches there, Seiko is standing there without wearing clothes.
After knowing the truth, Otani is shocked and he
avoids Seiko, but Seiko does not give up in Lovely Complex Episode 5. Risa is
afraid to admit that she falls in love with Otani because of the obvious height
difference. Seiko tells Risa that if she minds it all the time, she will lose
her heart.
